4/11 Lazy Day

Good day at Sunday school and church, hubby and I grabbed some lunch on the way home at the little podunk grocery store/deli and then I vegged. I read blogs. I read email. I surfed the internet. I felt so sleepy and almost gave in to a nap but I resisted. Chatted with Rene for awhile and then decided I needed to get my sewing in for the day.

I had just a few more strips to quilt and then the stippling on the borders;

Got it all done and I am clipping threads now. Tomorrow I will trim the edges and make the binding. I'd love to get the binding sewn to the front of the quilt too. We shall see how it goes. I'm pretty excited to be this far along. I hope that I can get a good picture tomorrow along with the measurements.

Praise - for college girl's report of her recent quiz and her weekend.

Prayers - for college girl's roomie situation for the next school year. It isn't going according to her plan but we know that God has it all under control and has a plan.
