Friday Night Sew-In Progress and MORE!

It was such a beautiful day that I walked out to get the mail. That requires that I cross the creek on a bridge. I stopped to take a look into the water because hubby had told me the fish were running and I was hoping to see schools of them. I saw one. One VERY big fish. It saw me too and took off swimming upstream. That is the first time since living in this house that I have walked out to get the mail. Pathetic. I was rewarded though because there were TWO packages for me!
The first one I opened was from Corrie at Quilt Taffy. It was the skirt that 'Bella' had sewn but messed up so she was offering out for a re purpose. Cute skirt, cute fabric. I can't wait to make it into something new!

The next package was some Moda Wonderland yardage. I want to make a dress for college girl out of this. I was so excited when Moda decided to make more of some of the prints. I had missed out on this one the first time around.
