First nine patch;
all four of the nine patches complete;
I had a heck of a time getting one section to match up. I un-sewed it (boo, hiss!) and pinned it (again) and re-sewed it. Still not lining up. It is staying as is. I will see it immediately each time I look at it. Maybe it will get lost in the quilting, washing and drying process. I can dream right?
I need to cut the sashing and border fabrics before I can go any further with this. Which leads me to wonder what to sew tomorrow since it is going to be a busy day for me and I probably won't get to the sashing and border fabrics.
I love the colors and patterns. it is going to be very pretty. Can't wait to see the finished project.

ReplyDeleteI honestly can't see what you are talking about. I am sure it isn't as bad as you think. Remember we tend to be hard on ourselves :)

Lovely!!! Are you using pre-cuts? They never line up right for me. But yes, the quilting and washing will help hide it - you won't notice it.
